Golden Glam Salon is located in the heart of Georgetown KY at 135 1/2 E Main St Georgetown KY 40324. (Above the Italian restaurant Milano’s) By Appointment Only To ensure each guest receives my full attention and the best possible experience, services are available by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted, so please schedule in advance to reserve your time thank you for understanding! How do I prepare for my appointment? Make sure that you've read over all policies and procedures. Expect a reminder text the week of your appointment. Come with clean hair! Timing Your Appointments Please allow plenty of time for your appointment. We want you to truly enjoy your visit and look forward to coming to the salon. Often luxury hair appointments can last 3-6+ hours for a color. If you have any concerns regarding duration of appointments, please feel free to contact me. Gift Cards We thank you for being apart of a wonderful gift you may give to a loved one. When you purchase a gift card from us, you are purchasing a promise that we will give the recipient the best Golden Glam experience we can! Gift cards are a salon credit only, and can be used at this salon only. Gift cards are nonrefundable. Gift cards can be used as a form of payment for any service. If the cost of the service exceeds the value of your gift card, you will be responsible for covering the remaining balance. Children Policy For the safety and comfort of all our clients, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing children to the salon (unless they have an appointment). The salon environment involves limited space, sharp tools, and chemicals etc. that may not be suitable for them. We strive to maintain a relaxing atmosphere for your experience. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and in those cases, bringing children is perfectly fine. However, we kindly ask that this remain an exception rather than a regular occurrence. Thank you for understanding. Extensions We proudly utilize only the finest quality extensions on the market. Our extensions can add volume, length, texture, or color to your hair. We offer hand-tied wefts, tape ins, I-Tips and keratin bonds. Extensions can be worn long term (with regular maintenance appointments and proper at home care). Hair extensions are non-refundable. We offer a complimentary consultation where you can explore various options to ensure the best choice for your needs. We prioritize extension quality to guarantee client satisfaction. Pricing Structure Services vary in price depending on length of hair, thickness of hair, time required, products involved, and our stylists. You can reach out to your stylist with any questions regarding our pricing structure. You may also schedule a free consultation and we will assess your needs. Payment Information We accept Venmo, Zelle, Cashapp, Cash, or Card. Gratuity is always appreciated but never expected! Any card transactions have a 3.5% processing fee. Card on File A card is required to be put on file when booking an appointment for security purposes & cancellations, but it will NOT be charged at the time of booking. You have full flexibility for payment options at checkout! If you do not wish to have a card on file, full payment is then required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. If that’s for you reach out to us directly. Late / Early Arrival & Cancels Late Arrival A 10 minute grace period is offered to all of my clients. We get it, things happen! Any late arrival past 10 minutes does result in a $10 late fee, 15+ minutes late results in a $15 late fee. At 20 minutes late, you will be charged half of the appointment total and be asked to rebook. Early Arrival We kindly request that you arrive at your appointment at the scheduled time. Arriving at the designated time helps us serve you efficiently and prevents any unnecessary waiting. Cancellation Policy Any cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of half your appointment total. Any cancellation or rescheduling the day of your appointment will result in a full charge of your appointment total and a deposit will be required to rebook. (This can be paid with card on file or invoice sent to you) No Call, No Show An appointment is determined No Call, No Show if the guest is 20+ minutes late unannounced. No Call, No Show guests are required to pay for 100% of the service that they booked and will be asked to prepay for their next appointment. After multiple cancellations or a now show, you will be required to prepay 100% of your service total to book future appointments. Refunds We do not offer refunds for services rendered, late fees, or cancellations. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your service due to a stylist's mistake or error then, we will gladly offer to fix at no cost. This must be addressed within 24hrs of your service. Acknowledgment By booking an appointment you are stating that you understand and agree.......... ALL information provided is accurate and dependable to the best of your knowledge. If any required information is changed prior to your appointment, Golden Glam Salon will be notified and your information will be updated accordingly. If Golden Glam Salon slighted due to false or inaccurate information, you will be required to pay the total service cost of your appointment. Failure to abide by said polices will result in a cancellation and you will be required to pay the total service cost of your appointment. You have thoroughly read through all policies and procedures and fully understand the terms and conditions. Booking an appointment solidifies this understanding and you are bonded to the terms of service. Liability Release By Booking and appointment, you are stating that you understand and agree........ You will communicate any and all pre-existing health concerns, allergies, or conditions prior to your appointment with any stylist under Golden Glam Salon. ANY service rendered by any stylist under Golden Glam Salon may expose you to hazardous or dangerous materials. ANY service rendered by any stylist under Golden Glam Salon may cause harm or injury to you. You hereby assume all of the risks of participating in an agreed-upon service by Morgan Shumate or any stylist under Golden Glam Salon including, but not limited to, any risks arising from negligence or carelessness, dangerous or faulty equipment, or potential liability without fault. You release Golden Glam Salon from all liability, costs, and damages which could arise from receiving an agreed-upon service. You accept financial responsibility for the costs related to any emergency treatment as the result of an agreed-upon service by any stylist under Golden Glam Salon.
